In 1994 Snyder & Associates acquired the Landscape/Maintenance firm of Cooksmith Landscaping Inc. Cooksmith has been firmly established in Southern California since 1982 and is the recipient of many local and state landscape awards throughout California. The high quality of the installations and maintenance provided by the Cooksmith division allows Snyder and Associates to offer a full discipline of services to our clients. |
| Works which we have undertaken include the design and installation of small and large hardscape and softscape jobs in the residential and commercial sectors. Recent works include large and small custom homes in the "Arbors" (Coto de Caza), Pelican Hill, Pelican Point, Nellie Gale Ranch, Newport Beach, Fullerton as well as many homes throughout Orange and LA counties. |  |

In all cases the company's principals personally design and supervise the work on a daily basis, as well as being easily accessible to the client for any changes or discussions regarding the construction or design.
